It is a sleeveless petticoat made of 100% cotton, with drawstrings at the neck and waistline allowing it to be adjustable.

*** Please note that the petticoats are NOT pre-washed, so it will have a slightly larger fit when you first receive it, but it will shrink 3% in length and 5% in width.
